Common questions
Do my players need to create accounts?
No. Each player gets a personal token URL (you can DM them via Viber or send via email). One tap to bookmark, no signup, no password. The link IS their login. Anyone with the link can act as them, so they keep it private.
Can I import from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Group tier and above support CSV import — paste player names + phones + emails and we generate their personal links automatically. Operator tier supports multi-league CSV import for migrating 10+ existing leagues at once.
How does the ELO actually work?
Standard chess-style ELO (K=32 for completed sets, K=16 for super tiebreaks since those are closer to coin-flips). Every match updates both players. The live NTRP rating shifts with the ELO delta: 200 ELO points ≈ ±0.5 NTRP step, clamped to 3.0-5.5, rounded to the nearest 0.5. Lose a few against equal opponents and your NTRP drops on the dashboard automatically.
What about WhatsApp and Viber?
Friends tier uses deep-links (the 1-tap "Open WhatsApp" button), so no infra cost on your side. Club tier and above includes server-side WhatsApp send via the existing bridge — players just get the message, no extra click.
Can I run multiple tournaments at once?
Group tier supports 3 concurrent tournaments. Club, Operator, and Hotel tiers support unlimited concurrent tournaments. Operator includes a multi-league control panel for managing 10+ leagues from one screen.
